REFLECTION: "I have come to give you life and life in all its fullness"
I was reminded of these words spoken by Jesus while viewing the movie Look Both Ways
(www.lookbothways.com.au). I think this is a most important movie for our time.
It acknowledges the fears and terror many people live with, and yet emerges at an
important point of hope and life being lived forward.
I found it completely in line with the sacred writings of old, including the Bible.
who invite us exactly into this position. The movie touches on Church life,
yet accurately reflects the gap currently existing between religion and peoples' search
for meaning.
